 James A. Ray is a leading entrepreneur and life success coach. During the course of his career, Mr. Ray has been involved in extensive management consulting projects, individual coaching, training & development programs, and public & private seminars. Following his undergraduate studies in business management and behavioral sciences, he became a Sales Manager for AT&T.

In 1987 AT&T commissioned James Ray to build and manage a telemarketing operation, for which he received top national honors. He subsequently moved into his area of true expertise—the field of human behavior and accelerated performance. At this time, Mr. Ray joined AT&T's National Education Center and the AT&T School of Business.

In 1991, Mr. Ray formed an alliance with the Covey Leadership Center teaching business leaders in Fortune 500 companies. During this time, he began working with organizational leaders to create cultures based on timeless principles.

Mr. Ray went on to form Quantum Consulting Group in 1992 where he continued to create lasting change by performing cultural assessments and culture change initiatives for many major corporations including Boeing Aircraft, Tropicana, and AT&T. His cultural development work continues to unfold today through his “Peak-Performance Training”—a modular training system, specifically tailored to each organization's desired outcome.
